Ultinno DUSTLESS or DRY, Blasters can able to use all media whether it may be ultra-light crushed glass, copper slag or coal slag, garnet or aluminum oxide. and give excellent production rates while using less of that material and having less down-time due to material flow issues or moisture stoppages.

 

Dustless or Dry Blast Features:

1) The blast media is coated in a water jacket by surface tension, which increases the speed and mass enhancing the force of impact upon the blast surface. Water presence lubricates and eliminates hose and nozzle wear.

2) From the heavy task of blasting through reinforced concrete to the more delicate and detailed operation of etching glass, the systems capabilities are endless. by varying the volumes of air, water and grit, the speed, surface profile and grit consumption can be altered to suit you and your job requirements.

3) The water jacket snaps round the blast media into the crack under the blast surface and hydrostatically blasts a larger amount of surface coating away

4)All equipment is designed to guarantee fast filling, unrestricted airflow, easy access for inspection and maintenance.

5)The machines are constructed for a minimum 10 Bar (150 PSI) working pressure .
